2024 Charity Golf Event

TopGolf Midtown
1600 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW
Play as an individual or gather up a team of 6 for a fun afternoon of golf, food, and support for our school!
Each golfer fee covers 3 hours of golfing, non-alcoholic drinks and food from the TopGolf Restaurant. Alcohol will be available for purchase.
Register as an individual or Captain a whole bay! Each bay holds 6 players.

Name changes/transfers are always welcome.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in the Teasley Elementary Charity Golf Event presented by PAWS Foundation and other activities, constitutes an agreement by the registrant to The PAWS Foundation’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
